Terms of Service (EULA)

By creating an operator ID, downloading our apps, or using any part of Dora Station, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use Dora Station. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your operator ID, including keeping your contact email up to date. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, use Delete Account from Profile and re-register with a new email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create, post, or share through Dora Station — chat messages, voice clips, character configurations, and anything else. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or harm other operators.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Resell, rent, or commercialize parts of the service without our written permission.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Use the service to send spam or distribute malware.

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access for operators who break these rules.

Dora Station offers optional purchases such as the Station Pass and in-game items. Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be managed from your account or the platform store where you purchased them.

Refund eligibility is governed by the store of purchase and by applicable consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may label some features as beta, early access, or experimental. These features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and may have known issues. We appreciate feedback through Help & Support.

You may stop using Dora Station and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially viable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, indemnity, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Dora Station is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Dora Station, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dora Station is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, give notice inside the app before they take effect. Continued use of Dora Station after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
